Pay Your Invoice Online
Paying your invoice has never been easier.
Once your invoice is ready, we can send you a secure payment link by:

Simply open the secure link from your phone, tablet, or computer to review your invoice and complete your payment at your convenience.
Our online payment system allows you to securely pay from virtually anywhere, without needing to visit our office or mail a check.

Project Payments
Every project begins with a detailed written estimate outlining the work to be performed, project pricing, payment schedule, and any required deposits.
Unless your project is financed through Affirm, payments are due according to the terms outlined in your estimate or contract.
Our estimates are designed to clearly communicate the scope of work and payment expectations before construction begins, helping eliminate surprises and keep your project moving forward.
Finance Your Project with Affirm
Home improvements are an investment, and we understand that flexibility can make all the difference.
Qualified customers may choose to finance eligible projects through Affirm.
Affirm is the only payment option we offer that allows customers to pay over time.
How It Works
- Select Affirm during the payment process.
- Complete a quick online application.
- Receive an approval decision in real time.
- If approved, choose the payment plan that best fits your budget.
- Tyler Construction and Remodeling LLC receives payment from Affirm, while you make your scheduled payments directly to Affirm.
Depending on eligibility, payment plans may range from 3 to 36 months.
Checking Eligibility
Checking your eligibility with Affirm does not affect your credit score.
If you decide to finance your project, your loan and repayment activity may be reported to the major credit bureaus in accordance with Affirm’s policies.
Approval, financing limits, payment plans, interest rates, and repayment terms are determined solely by Affirm.
If financing is not approved, payment must be made using one of our other accepted payment methods.
Change Orders & Financing
Construction projects sometimes evolve as work progresses. If additional work is requested or unforeseen conditions require changes to the original scope, a written Change Order will be prepared for your approval.
A Change Order may include:
- Additional labor
- Additional materials
- Customer-requested upgrades
- Repairs for newly discovered conditions
- Scope modifications
Important Payment Information
If your project is financed through Affirm:
- Your original financing covers only the approved estimate.
- Approved Change Orders may require additional financing approval or an increase to your financed amount.
- Additional financing is determined solely by Affirm and is subject to approval.
If additional financing is unavailable, payment for the Change Order is due before the additional work begins.
This policy helps prevent project delays and ensures all parties clearly understand the cost of additional work before it is performed.
ACH Bank Transfers
We also accept secure ACH bank transfers through our online payment system.
For qualifying invoices, customers may choose to pay directly from their bank account using a secure electronic transfer.
ACH Eligibility
- Invoice amount must be greater than $125
- Invoice amount must be less than $100,000
Certain ACH transactions may include a $25 convenience fee, which will be disclosed before payment is completed.
Online Payment Processing
To provide the convenience of secure electronic payment options, some payment methods may include payment processing or convenience fees.
When applicable:
- Processing or convenience fees may be invoiced separately from your project invoice.
- Any separately invoiced processing fees are payable by cash or check.
- Applicable fees will always be disclosed before payment is completed or invoiced.
Customers who wish to avoid electronic payment processing fees are always welcome to pay by cash or check.
Payment Security

All online payments are processed through trusted, encrypted payment providers using industry-standard security practices to help protect your financial information.

Affirm financing is provided by Affirm and is subject to eligibility and approval. Financing decisions, loan amounts, payment plans, interest rates, and repayment terms are determined solely by Affirm. Tyler Construction and Remodeling LLC does not make financing decisions, guarantee financing approval, or control the terms offered by Affirm.
Payment processing fees or convenience fees may apply to certain electronic payment methods. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before payment is completed or invoiced separately where permitted by applicable law and the terms of our payment processor.
Tyler Construction and Remodeling LLC reserves the right to require deposits, progress payments, or payment in full before work begins or before additional work is performed. Change Orders are subject to written approval and applicable payment requirements before work proceeds.
Tyler Construction and Remodeling LLC also reserves the right to decline to provide estimates, enter into contracts, continue negotiations, or perform work for any prospective or existing customer, provided such decisions are made in compliance with all applicable federal, New York State, and local laws, including laws prohibiting unlawful discrimination. We reserve the right to refuse service for legitimate business reasons, including but not limited to safety concerns, nonpayment, abusive or threatening behavior, fraudulent activity, unreasonable demands, conflicts of interest, inability to reach mutually acceptable contract terms, or when a requested project falls outside our scope of services or availability.
Nothing contained on this website constitutes a binding contract or guarantee of service. All estimates, pricing, scheduling, financing options, and project availability are subject to review, written agreement, and acceptance by Tyler Construction and Remodeling LLC.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I pay my invoice from my phone?
Absolutely. We can send your invoice by email, text message, or both. Simply open the secure payment link and complete your payment whenever it’s convenient for you.
Can I make monthly payments?
Yes, but only through Affirm. If approved, Affirm allows qualified customers to spread payments over time based on the financing options available to them.
Does checking my eligibility with Affirm affect my credit score?
No. Checking your eligibility uses a soft credit inquiry and does not affect your credit score. WHAT IS AFFIRM, ELIGIBILITY, AND OTHER INFORMATION
What happens if my project changes after financing is approved?
If additional work is requested or required, a written Change Order will be prepared. Additional financing may require approval by Affirm. If additional financing is unavailable, payment for the Change Order must be received before the additional work begins.
Can I still pay by cash or check?
Yes. We gladly accept cash, personal checks, and business checks.
